Liked - Location, cleanliness, view, easy access to main routes, good internet. I would stay again.
Disliked - Single bed (not their fault as was advertised as such) - Too soft mattress, Noise from property above during evening. Also the place was a lot smaller than expected.

Great access to Torquay and the surrounding area with good roads and lots of attractions in Torquay, Torbay and the Dartmoor area to easily fill a week. Also plenty of grocery and shopping areas for self-catering. Large parking in back yard with security light meant car was secure and safe. Good quality kitchen implements and very clean unit.
It was quite small for 2 people but we managed because we wanted to be in the area and not have to drive too far to see holiday attractions.

Very convenient for visiting my family and friends. Compact but well stocked living area. Comfortable bed. Off road parking.
TV only works if you have a Netflix account.
A comfortable chair to sit in would have made the evening’s nicer.
