Very spacious, well lit, beautiful apartment with a view of downtown's skyline. Very comfortable bed & couch, beautiful dining area table, and cozy balcony. Well located, a short drive from anything in the city you might want to do. I wanted to give a special shoutout to the security and reception team, they were extremely friendly and professional and always a pleasure to see! I would gladly stay here again :)
Also - It's right next to a Biggie, which is a massive convenience.

Excelente el departamento, todo equipado y funcionando en perfectas condiciones,la anfitriona muy amorosa y clara con la atención. Realmente lo recomiendo y lo volveré a elegir cuando regrese a Asunción ❣

Locatie is goed. Recoleta. 10 min. Lopen van shopping Mariscal en 30 min. van shoppind del sol. Lekker leuke chaotische omgeving.
Het appartement is op zich goed. Maar het was smerig overgeleverd aan ons. Vieze zwarte lange haren op de muur van de douche.
Het appartement heeft wat liefde nodig. Kapotte wc, kapotte afzuigkap, strijkplank gebroken, service incompleet enz. Eigenaar zal er even een check moeten doen op de gehele inboedel.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The check-in was smooth. They werr very flexible with prolonging our stay for 2 additional nights. The neighboorhood is nice.
The apartment was really not clean when we arrived and the staff sent for someone to clean it again. Trash bins were not emptied, the floor was sticky and dirty and in general the apartment is not in good shape, despite the entire house only being 2 years old.
The windows don't isolate at all and it was super loud from the street and the bar across the street. For the price you can find much nicer apartments in Asuncion.
