The house was in a great location for our purpose, and easy to access. Local facilities and eateries were very much appreciated, and the house worked well for our group's needs. Nigel was extremely helpful!
The front and rear gardens would benefit from pruning and weeding - this would improve access to the parking space and enhance the experience of sitting outside to enjoy the good weather.

our stay here was excellent, we all had double beds and was 2 lounges that was perfect as not everyone wanted to watch the same stuff.

Great location for us as we were visiting Drayton Manor. The house was spacious and the open layout was great for our needs. All bedrooms were a good size and comfortable
Some bits needed improving, which as a new rental, I'm sure they will be addressed.
