About this apartment rental
A modern and comfortable holiday flat for up to 6 people with a stunning view of the Baltic Sea and the marina at Marina Wendtorf. You can enjoy the seaside view from the living area, as well as from the spacious balcony or terrace. The stylishly furnished flat features an open-plan kitchen and living area with a dining area and plenty of natural light. The modern bathroom, featuring a rain shower, steam bath function and underfloor heating, ensures relaxing moments of well-being. For entertainment, there is a TV with a Blu-ray player, a soundbar with Bluetooth and a bioethanol fireplace. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds and flat-screen TVs; a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The promenade, beach, harbour, restaurants and cafés are all nearby. Day-trip destinations such as Laboe, Kiel and Schönberg are also within easy reach. At the Activity Centre, families can use the indoor playground and the black-light mini-golf free of charge; there are further playgrounds along the promenade. A free parking space is included with the flat. Start the day with a view of the water, enjoy the maritime atmosphere in the marina and round off the evening in a relaxed manner on the balcony or terrace. The combination of modern facilities, cosy living comfort and proximity to the Baltic Sea creates the perfect conditions for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

What a fantastic spot! The views of the Baltic Sea from the balcony are simply breathtaking, We enjoyed our breakfasts outside, soaking in the morning sun, The apartment itself is beautifully designed, with a cozy living area that made it feel like home, The bioethanol fireplace added a lovely touch of warmth during our evening relaxation, Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind by the sea!

The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, We enjoyed the steam room after a day at the beach, It’s a short walk to Aussichtsterrasse Beach, which was perfect for us, Would definitely recommend it,
