Perfect location steps near Kabataş ferry tram and metro station. The appartment is clean and spacious. A piece of Bosphorus is seen from the window. The owner is welcoming and offered us water (that was very on time, because of heat outside) and snacks when we met. The apartment has two ACs devices and balcony with a street view.
A little bit noisy from the street below, the building across the street isn’t very good looking, but that’s not a major issue.

Хозяин квартиры очень хорошо дал инструкции по заселению и быстро нас заселил. Квартира расположена недалеко от пристани Кабаташ и Галатапорта. Близко до всего пешком но и близко все остановки
По фото кажется, что квартира имеет прямой вид на набережную, но окна смотрят в торец здания. И этот вид вы увидите только из определенной точки на диване скраю или за столом. Муж и сын спали хорошо в той спальне, которая выходит на дорогу. Я же смогла спать только во второй спальне в глубине квартиры. Тонкие окна, сильный шум с дороги круглые сутки, многополосная дорога с активным движением под окнами. Если у вас чуткий сон - готовьте беруши. Но во второй спальне - все хорошо по части шума.

Close to public transportation, the sea, shops, eateries .
The air-conditioning was fabulous and the view great. The lift was helpful, especially with bags. The kitchen was adequate.
Such an easy comfortable stay with easy access to the rest of the town.
