We loved the apartment. Modern and well designed, using the space well. Virginia and Emeline were wonderful hosts. They welcomed us, provided excellent info on the area and restaurants. Short walk to town.
The lack of seating. There is a small, uncomfortable loveseat/chair that was tough for one person to sit on, no less 2. Would be better to have 2 nice, comfy chairs for relaxing and watching tv.

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from town center; beautiful, clean, spacious, modern apartment; wonderful owner offered to book dinner reservations for us at a great local restaurant we wouldn’t have found on our own; very easy check-in and out. There is even a music school next door so we got some wonderful free music in the evening.

The property is very well located, equipped and managed. One of the most clean places we stayed in Portugal :) also it’s new and well maintained.
the host Virginia is very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed our short trip to Aveiro so much, thank you🙏
The only thing that can be improved is the small sofa in our apartment - it was not soft and it was a bit unusual to sit on it in the evening (it is small and very hard, for our taste), but actually it’s nothing, comparing with the rest of apartment.
