The location of property is very good. 10 mins walk to the main mall road. Overall clean, hot water and staff was very cooperative. The front garden is nicely maintained and one resturant and coffee shop within the facility is a plus.
The booked room had garden view as per the pictures and details but it was blocked. No day light gives a sence you are living in a basement. Amneties and towels were missing but provided once asked

The place is very nicely preserved. Delivering Pakistan’s heritage is really important to know and Cecil by PC has done a great job.

The staff service was the highlight of the stay. They were prompt, efficient, and genuinely impressive. The food quality was also good.
Almost everything else, unfortunately. This is Pearl Continental, a four star chain, and the experience simply didn't live up to the name or the price.
The rooms are small, shabby, and subpar, with a very dated look. Hygiene was mediocre with no attention to detail. The bathroom had bad plumbing and a persistent smell. The lounge area had an uncomfortable sofa and an old, unkept little fridge. No kettle, no hair dryer, and the Wi-Fi was shoddy.
Beyond the room, there were no activities on the resort grounds, just a very small garden.
For the hefty price charged, this was a very mediocre experience. It never felt like a four star resort.

And the room I got the 2nd day, which was a premium room.
I booked from booking.com but the hotel management said that they didn't receive any booking from booking.com (despite the confirmation on booking.com app). I came to know of it when I called at the reception as I was about to reach there. They said they didn't receive any email or notification of it.
After alot of argument, I got the room but they asked me to cancel the booking from booking.com. I cancelled from there and in parallel I got the room as well (obviously not the one I booked from booking.com)
So this was the main turn off initially on which my whole experience of the place built.
