Perfect for our needs

We had a relaxing weeks holiday in a lovely flat where we were able to experience living in a Spannish community.

The property is in an ideal location. It’s near the beach, a good variety of shops and small supermarkets with excellent transport links to Malaga. The flat is bright with a great outside space to enjoy a glass of wine. It is was spotlessly clean and well equipped with dish washer and washing machine.

There was little to dislike.

Awesome location in El Palo

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment , which is the most brilliant location right next to El Palo beachfront where there are so many great restaurants. The apartment had all I needed for my stay , with good wifi , kitchen facilities and terrace.It is super easy to feel comfortable there.

It was all great and can thoroughly recommend.

Somewhat disappointed and the experience overpriced.

Great location, close to local shops with reasonable prices and fresh produce as well as being served by a number of very convenient bus routes to the centre Malaga so no need for taxis. Great local community and close to the beach. Great WiFi and air-conditioning.

La comunicación fue deficiente, lo que resultó en un estrés innecesario para nosotros: llegó un correo electrónico con instrucciones mientras estábamos en Málaga camino al alojamiento, hubiera sido mejor haberlo recibido el día anterior al viaj Communication was poor resulting in unnecessary stress for us - an email with instructions arrived while we were in Malaga en route to the accommodation, it would have been better to have received this the day before prior to travelling. On arrival we found the front door had been deadlocked by the people using the ground floor apartment which meant we could not gain access to the keys to the 1st floor flat. Fortunately, the renters returned just in time to unlock it, but this could have been a real inconvenience impinging on whoever rents either of the two properties. Some alternative arrangements are required to prevent this happening to someone else in future. The light to the staircase does not remain lit for sufficient time plunging this area into darkness while one attempts to unlock and open the apartment door. This is a H&S problem. The shower tray doesn't drain fast enough, partly because it is too flat which causes water to overflow onto the bathroom floor. The shower drain had not been cleaned for several weeks and required unblocking (which I didn't want to have to do while on holiday but was forced to). The shower head is not convenient to use because the holder is located in the wrong position so it is not possible to shower standing up and there is no shower rack to place shampoo and soap on while showering. The towel rack was loose and so precarious. The oven is incorrectly located in the kitchen and a potential hazard; the sink is difficult to access being so close to the refrigerator. Chipped crockery is evident. The floor had been superficially mopped as it was still dirty and sticky in places. The cushions were smelly and the bed throws didn't feel very clean.

Localização muito boa com vários serviços perto: restauração, supermercados, padarias, lojas, centro de saúde...etc. E praia muito perto a pé!

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich

Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. Wenn der Nachbar seine Wohnung betritt wackelt die eigene Eingangstür so stark im Schloss, das man davon wach wird. Außerdem zieht der Rauch des Nachbarn durch den Flur in die eigene Wohnung.
