Dining area with seating for ten, the French doors lead out to the fully enclosed front yard. Second living/Sixth bedroom with couch, smart tv and one single fold out bed (if you require this to be set up please advise us at time of booking). Bedroom One: with queen bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs we have: Master bedroom with king bed and stunning ensuite with bath, shower and double vanities. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :) Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure.
