Nice, clean condo. We loved every second of our stay. Only issue is the walk down stairs to building. Not for people with mobility issues.

The lodging worked for an overnight stay after a concert in Gilford. I wouldn't have been very pleased had it been for a getaway vacation. Almost $400 for one night (when the super high cleaning fee was added in) is a lot. The ad didn't really inform that it was part of a super condo/motel experience. Granted, we did not partake of any of the amenities (pool, etc.) It got the job done.

Everything was good, they had coffee (both Kcup or by the pot) and some snacks. All walkable down to the boardwalk Would recommend this place and the people staying with us were also very happy with the place

We were looking for a place that provided the best layout for our family and this didn’t disappoint. Situated at ground level we were able walk out into a green space to play with our grandson and enjoy fresh air. The 2 bedroom 2 bath layout provided us with a relaxing spot after our days out by the lake- decor and cleanliness was impeccable!! Highly recommend for a comfortable vacation getaway!!

It was clean comfortable and quiet. Master shower needs repair shower handle was stuck. Nice variety of snacks and coffee and teas. wife enjoyed the soaps. I would stay there again if we were at a higher floor to see the views.

Exceptionally clean and great location. The bed was very comfortable & we loved the pillows. Kitchen was well equipped. We went to a concert @ the NH Pavillon & it was only 6 mins. away. Right down the street from Weirs Beach.

The space was the perfect location for everything. We attended a concert at the pavilion and it was 9 minutes! VERY clean and updated space. Would love to rent again!

We were impressed with the cleanliness of this unit as well as the little extras. Pretty much anything you might have forgotten; toothbrush, deodorant etc. Plus a nice assortment of snacks, water, and coffee.

Great condo! Everything was amazing! The kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need, as well as the bathrooms! The location was close to the pool and playground which was super convenient as we have a 4 year old with little legs that get tired very easy! 2 minute drive to Weir's beach and pier!

Everything you could possibly need. Perhaps another TV in bedroom if you have kids but with Roku and the property with surrounding activities and amenities an extra TV really not needed. If a guest has any mobility issues accessing the unit would be difficult. Steep steps but once inside however very nice. Overall an excellent stay.

This place was in a great spot for the motorcycle rally I was attending. It is right next door to a gas station and the pier is just down the hill… Brittnie had everything that I needed if I had forgotten, right down to the toothbrush. The mini shampoo that was there is the most amazing stuff I’ve ever used and I can’t find it online unless I want to buy in bulk. 😕 The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee for the kureg and little packets of oil, salt, and pepper- all the stuff I forgot for making diner while we were there, this place has it all with a very reasonable price.
