Located in Lake Winnisquam, this attractive house for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Family vacation awaits! Lake Winnipesaukee beach access is all you and your family could want in a vacation home. This open concept home is perfect for congregating over morning coffee and prepping snacks for watching that nighttime movie you finally have time to watch. Easy access from the kitchen to the (hard to come by) fenced-in back yard will make grilling a breeze. Large rooms with tons of natural light overlook your private backyard. This 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 9. The master bedroom is located on the first floor complete with en suite bath. The bonus room upstairs is equipped with a TV and plenty of space for a guests to break away from the group for some downtime. This home is conveniently located within walking distance to the community beach, pool and tennis courts. The Long Bay community boasts premium proximity to the areas most frequented attractions; the historical (and fun!) Weirs Beach (14mins), Gunstock Mountain Resort (18min) and Ellacoya State Park (20min). No matter summer or winter you will have plenty to do! Girls get away will enjoy OPECHEE SPA only 10 mins away. And, don't worry if you forgot your flip flops or your favorite beverage because the Gilford shopping area (Hannaford/Shaws, TJ Maxx, Walmart and Homegoods) is just across Paugus Bay at 5mi away! Owner will consider pets on a case by case basis, and $250/pet fee will be applied to your reservation fee, please inquire when making a booking. SLEEPS 9. PLEASE NOTE: Linens and towels are not included in this rental so please inquire about renting these items when making your reservation as they are on a first come, first serve basis. Overall the stay was nice, wasn’t the cleanest. Had to wash some blankets and sheets when we first arrived due to finding some bugs in them, this was only in one room. The other rooms were fine besides hair being in some of the drawers so we just left our clothes in our luggage and on the shelves in the rooms. There was also no instructions on how to access the beach and pool or where the good local restaurants were. The property managers said the previous renters probably lost those papers which is a possibility. The house was plenty large enough for our family tho and we made good memories which is the most important part of vacation!

Our stay at this house was wonderful. Everything we needed for our trip was in the house and linens which we prearranged were on the beds when we arrived. Neighborhood was quiet and quaint. We would definitely return

Very clean and spacious pet-friendly home located in a gated community near the lakes region offering two beaches and a pool. Unfortunately the pool was out of order during our stay, but the beaches were open and home base was just a 12 minute drive to The Weirs. Beds were very comfortable and the fenced in backyard was a plus for our pups. Note: for smaller dogs, beware one space in the back gate near the door has just enough space for smaller dogs to squeeze through and escape. We just blocked it off with our cooler! Also, I would recommend arranging for golf cart rental in advance, as the entire community all had them to get around and it looked like so much fun!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house is comfortable, big and spacious. The gated community is just lovely, we walked a ton. The private beaches nearby are rarely busy, we often had the lake to ourselves. The pool was amazing… it was closed for repairs when we arrived but it opened halfway during the week. I would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you for hosting us!

#1 reason I chose property was because of pool for all the grandkids! I want a partial refund! Pool has been close for a while with no date to get back up and running. Misleading info hurt our experience. When we got there we went to check it out. CLOSED, no water and most of cement was broken up and lights hanging out. I would have rented another place if we knew. Also, cigarette butts all over back yard, lights upstairs burned out,

Cute house, not too clean though

We came here to spend Christmas, the house was freezing when we arrived and the cleaning service hadn’t cleaned out the fridge (it was filthy) or turned on the dishwasher. Lots of unlocked closets with junk thrown into them, and the sheet closet wasn’t organized at all. The beds were also unmade, which I know isn’t necessary but it’s better to arrive to a made-up bedroom. The fireplace in the living room was also not working which was a bummer, however other than those things we had a pretty good time in the snow.
