We had a wonderful one night stay, and wish it could have been longer! Monty and Jeannette were very welcoming, and the inn itself is charming. Our room was quiet, with a view out to the back yard and woods. We were lucky enough to wake up to a couple of inches of new snow, and while we didn't see any wildlife, we could see the tracks where something had been up and about early in the morning. For dinner Monty suggested quite a few restaurant options within an easy drive, and the one we tried was great! The dinner was only overshadowed by the breakfast, which was delicious and might have been the highlight of our trip. We finished things off with a short drive over to Gunstock for XC skiing. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed over the week-end for the Ironman competition in Laconia. We really enjoyed our stay. Owners are very kind and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and the bedding very comfortable. We also loved the breakfast!
The property is right on the lake, with a small sandy beach and they let you borrow kayaks for free.
ps: thanks for leaving food in the early morning before the race, super appreciated!

Beautiful bed and breakfast with the most welcoming and caring owners. They could not do enough for us. My only issue is we stayed 1 night vs. a few more. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast which is provided was home cooked and delicious. The view of the lake is right in front of you.
My wife and I are already planning another trip this fall and will certainly stay at the Lake House at Ferry Point again.

We had an amazing stay here. The bedroom was very clean and the bathroom was very clean. The linen was soft and clean. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The Jacuzzi was great. All the little details that the staff had made all the difference between a good stay and a great stay. Everyone was so welcoming and the breakfast was amazing.

The Lake House is exceptional in every way. The breakfasts were amazing. The location is beautiful. The setting is tranquil. For those who like hiking and small towns and lakes, I can't imagine a better place to stay. Monty and his family of innkeepers are the friendliest and most gracious people you would ever want to meet. We loved staying here and hope to be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The only complaint I have is that the picture from the porch is very misleading, as it obscures the very well traveled road right in front of it. The traffic makes it less peaceful than it would otherwise be. That said, we had a great stay; very comfortable, good food, beautiful view of the lake, watercraft to use.

Fabulous lake house in a beautiful and tranquil location. There are canoes, kayaks, and pedalos to take out on the lake as you wish and very good lobster place nearby. Will definitely be back.

Cant say enough about the Lake House!! The charming home, the wonderful Inn keepers, the exquisite breakfast, the cleanliness, the location is simply breathtaking! canoes, kayaks, peddle boat just to name a few of the accommodations with our stay. If your looking for R & R with the charm of yesteryear, its right here. You MUST experience it to appreciate.. I promise you will not be disappointed!! Too many things to list that made our stay truly perfect. And That porch.. timeless!

A beautiful venue, right on the lake and close to many activities. The proximity to Laconia was the original reason for my trip, but I would go back to spend more time at the many venues I didn't get to enjoy, Mt Washington, river tours, and a few restaurants I was not able to visit. Everything about this place was wonderful, warm ,and welcoming. We had a great time with all the different water gear (kayaks, canoe, row boat, paddle boat, water tubes). The sheets on the beds were the best I ever felt in my life. We will stay there again and soon

This was such a beautiful B&B! Excellent service, gorgeous room and accommodation. Well kept, clean, and so much dedication to detail.
Our room was in the first floor and was so comfortable and pretty! Coffee, tea, and cookies available all the time. Pretty porch to sit at and watch the lake. Just a few feet away to the lake with nice seating area, canoe, kayak and boat. Crystal clear water inviting you to swim. Very friendly owners . Close to other towns and restaurants.

Wonderful place, great lakeside location with access to the lake (inc row boat etc), beautiful scenery. Great base for exploring the lakes. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were cosy, welcoming, clean & comfortable (bed sheets were amazing - silky smooth). Best nights sleep of our entire trip. Nice breakfast with fruit to start and then either a savoury or sweet 2nd course. It was a delightful way to finish our trip - we watched the moon rise over the lake on the last evening whilst enjoying a glass of prosecco from the lakeside pergola and then had a take away delivered from a nearby restaurant the owner recommended - it was an excellent choice and meant we could both relax and enjoy our evening. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!
