★ MECHANICAL FAILURE ★
Mechanical failures happen rarely but every now and again. Unfortunately, NO REFUND or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, water, WiFi, HVAC, appliances or electronics, pool, spas, games, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible.

*No children under 14years old allowed in the hot tub without an adult present and engaged. No sunscreen, self tanner, or any creams can be on your body when you enter the hot tub. Cover hot tub when done. A water watcher wrist band is available to keep you and your people safe. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
*Please reports any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we may repair or replace the item. We understand that accidents happening but need to be notified.
*Please DO NOT Move furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages.
*No Eating or drinking in the Bedrooms
*Please do not overstuff the washer/Dryer. If clothes are full of mud, please wash off outside and then place into washer.
*Please turn off electronics and lock all doors every time you leave the house
*Our home is appropriate for children, however, nothing is childproof. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. Please do not let your children or others climb of the deck rails, they are not meant for that and accidents will likely happen.
*Pets are NOT permitted inside the house unless already approved prior to arrival. If you have an outside pet, you must clean up after them. If you have a service animal, you are responsible for any damages and extra cleaning needed.
If there is evidence of a pet being inside the home or damage done, you will be charged extra $500 for the cleaning that will be necessary and also asked to leave the premises due to breaking the rules without refund.
*There are cameras outside to protect you and us. There are cameras facing each door of entry, the driveway, and the firepit. There are no cameras inside the home and none that are directed at the hot tub to give privacy. These are in place to protect us and you.

Wow!! The nicest place we’ve visited so far!!! What an absolute gorgeous place! Everything was clean and the hot tub was ready! We had the most relaxing time!!! We were beyond thrilled with our stay here! The owners were so very kind and helpful!! Would recommend anytime!!

It was a great stay and great communication with the owners! Pictures didn’t do the property justice and was a nice surprise to find soap, tp, garbage bags coffee etc stocked in plenty! I’d of given it 5 stars but did need some light bulbs replaced and headboard was a broken spike on one bed. All in all though a good experience.

The place was nice, but it wasn’t super clean. Had to clean two shower drains of clogged hair and the coffee pots were filthy. Cereal was in one and slimy water in the other. The dryer did not work while we were there. The place is spacious and the view is beautiful!

The property was absolutely fantastic. We expected two bunk beds, but there was only one. However, nobody had to sleep on the floor.
There are two firepits, and both have firewood stacked nearby easily accessible. The hot tub is amazing for sore (or old) muscles and joints. The mini-splits in just about every room is awesome in that every room can have its own temperature and people aren't fighting over whether it's hot or cold.
Maureen and Joshua are very helpful with advice, and respond quickly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet of country life with modern amenities at hand.
The only drawback is that you probably want to use a vehicle that sits a little higher off the ground, as a regular car will drag in spots getting to the cabin. But any truck or SUV will have absolutely no problems getting to the cabin.
