A beautiful ground-floor apartment with a parking space, located on 3rd Avenue in Limoilou, close to all amenities. You’ll be able to enjoy this wonderful neighborhood in Quebec City, with its restaurants, shops, and bars, all within walking distance. This apartment, which reflects the neighborhood’s distinctive character, has everything you need.
The Space:
The accommodation is a typical Limoilou apartment. On one side, you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom with a bath / shower. On the other you have the kitchen at the end with lot of place for cooking. You also have a large open area with the dining room and the living room which includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, the sheets are inside.
Guest Access:
You have access to all the commodities walking. You can therefore forget your car in the included parking lot at the back of the apartment for the duration of your stay. You are also close to all the main bus to go to Old Quebec.

Lovely spot in trendy Limoilou. Scrupulously clean. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Not the best appointed kitchen for cooking, but enough to make do. Hosts were very responsive and good communicators. Happy to recommend.

Excellent place to stay. Great location, parking, plenty of space for 5, clean, everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

I was there for one week to attend the Quebec senior games. The place was adequately equipped and clean. There were several small maintenance issues, burnt out lights, plumbing draining, toilet leaking, worn rug, screens missing and handles need replacing. The owner does not communicate through texting. This is a main floor unit so access is easily available from the back and front.
