Located in Beaufort, this lovely house for $280 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Ballyhoo House is a waterfront house with exquisite views of the North River. It was rebuilt in 2022 to have a modern open floor layout. It has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full baths, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The backyard patio is very private and has amenities for most outdoor activities(gas grill, gas fire pit, 4lounge chairs, outdoor lighting, outdoor dinner area). The house also has a gameroom with foosball and pool table as well as an additional sectional couch that can double as another bedroom if needed. The driveway is quite large, it is wide enough to fit three cars side by side or your boat. Harkers Island bridge boat ramp is 9 miles away, Lennoxville boat ramp is 6 miles, and Radio island boat ramp is 6 miles away.

The host Adam was outstanding! We arrived early and he allowed us to check in before our scheduled time. The house was absolutely beautiful. My only concern was the cleaning staff was not great! There was dust everywhere on the counter tops and in the bathrooms. We actually had to clean before getting comfortable. Outside of that it was amazing!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this beautifully renovated home. We spent mornings adventuring in Beaufort, Morehead City and Atlantic Beach and afternoons relaxing in the hot tub or on the back deck or playing a game of pool, with evenings spent paddling on the kayaks that are available. This is birding paradise, be sure to bring binoculars! The host Adam lives right down the road and is there to help with anything you might need.

My family and I had a great time here. The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to a bunch of restaurants and things to do. The house was super clean and offered a great place to relax close to the beach. Was a fantastic host and we will definitely be rebooking at this location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location was very convenient for a quick drive into Beaufort or Morehead City. We loved the huge back deck and all of the nature and privacy. The host was very quick to respond to questions. We loved the layout of the home and all of the fresh, modern updates. The finished garage space was a nice bonus, especially since it was raining during so much of our stay. It was nice to hang out and play pool. We would stay again in the future.

The property was very welcoming, with wonderful use of artwork and ocean themed objects which blended in perfectly with the surrounding area. The house seems recently decorated with all furniture in good order. The kitchen is well appointed and, whilst we did not cook any meals whilst there, had everything you would need to do so. Outside, the deck provides a delightful addition to the house. Perched on the side of a small tidal waterway, we were lucky for February to be able to spend many hours watching the day go by. The hot tub was clean and a grill is also available for use. Beaufort Town center was 8 minutes away and Atlantic Beach around 15. The check in process was very easy. Don't expect to sign a rental agreement, you will get a text with the address, entry code along with where you can find the kayaks and sup board. There were no checkout instructions so we just left the house clean. Adam was very responsive when I texted him, the reply took less than 2 mins. Great house, host and mini vacation.

Loved this house! Beautiful renovation with all the amenities you need to feel at home. We had a group of 7 and we fit comfortably here and felt like everyone had their own space. We were a short drive from downtown Beaufort, Morehead City and Atlantic Beach. We got to meet Adam the host, who was incredibly friendly and personable. All in all great stay, would recommend to anyone!

Our experience with this vacation house was a very good one. It was very nicely newly remodeled with very nice finishes for a vacation beach home. It was clean and spacious and accommodated the six of us very comfortably. It included all of the accommodations that made our stay very comfortable. The kids very much enjoyed the game room out in the garage which was also very nicely furnished. The renting of this property was very easy and without a hitch. The owner was very accommodating to the whole process.

Wow this property!!! I do not think the picture even do the house justice. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Family in the game room playing pool. I am a germaphobe and this house was one of the very few places i have stayed in my life that did not require cleaning before we could relax. I loved the deck. Each morning and evening we would watch the river embankment and all the crabs that would come out. one of the best parts of the deck is we were not eaten by little flying insect demons. The house was close enough to many areas and beaches yet not right on top of the noise and craziness. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you get the chance you should check it out. It is all on the same level so there were no steps to deal with which makes this house perfect for handicap accessible as well. My grandmother was with us and she is completely handicap we had no issues. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. We plan to visit again.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, was nicely decorated and spacious enough for 4 adults and 4 children (ages 4, 6, 8,10). The pool table and foos ball kept the kids, parents amd grandparents busy. Lots of towels and the washer and dryer were definitely put to good use. The BBQ grill came in handy, too.

Adam was awesome to work with! He communicated with us very well for the few things we needed as soon as we checked in. Everything was exactly as advertised and clean as can be. I would love a small tv in one of the bedrooms, but besides that, this place is a gem! I’ll definitely be staying here again. Hopefully very soon!
