Located in Smith Mountain Lake, this charming condo for $185 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Mariners Landing has it all - gorgeous views, family fun amenities, and more! Make yourself at home in our 2 Bedroom Townhome. Relax and soak in the stunning views of Smith Mountain Lake. Mariners Village, located within the Mariners Landing Community, offers two bedroom in the upper condominiums that include two full bathrooms, full-size kitchen, living area with fireplace, washer/dryer, and screened in patios and balconies. Nestled in the cove, Mariners Village offers seclusion and privacy, while only a short drive to the main resort and restaurant. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen in a bedroom, as well as a Queen sofa sleeper and a futon - perfect for up to 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, utensils, and appliances needed to create your favorite meals from home. All linens are included in rental. We suggest bringing extra beach towels so you do not have to cut into bathing towels, however, there is a washer and dryer - please note detergent not included. All guests have access to all of the amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court (equipment not included), playground, game room, walking trails, private beach, etc. There is also an 18-hole golf course on site; clubs not rented, contact Mariners Landing Golf Course for more pricing and tee times. There are also a boat launch and complimentary floater docks during the day time. Please let us know if you will be keeping a watercraft in the water overnight so we can provide you with proper tags at the front desk along with taking payment for slip rental. Our front desk is here to help you check in or arrange to get you the keys to your unit if you are a late arrival. We are also here to help if you have any other questions or concerns. Mariners Landing Hospitality is located in a private golf and residential community tucked away in a cove on Smith Mountain Lake. We are located off of highways such as 122 and 24 and Mile marker C6 by water. We have free parking in our lot on site. We are nearby main highways and routes to get to restaurants, water sports, and sight seeing on and off the water. We are located approximately 45 minutes from both Roanoke and Lynchburg airports. There are highways nearby and mile markers on the lake to get you to nearby restaurants, gift shops, and sight seeing. We have boat rentals on site through Mariners Landing Boat Rentals (a branch of Bridgewater Marina). We have a restaurant on site, The Landing Restaurant, please check their website for hours. Please note that the closest full grocery store (Food Lion) is 10-12 minutes away and a convenience store with a deli about 3 minutes away. When our restaurant is not open or for different style restaurants, the Westlake area has the majority of the lake's restaurants and activities that is about 20 minutes away. All things listed are easy to get to as we can give guests a guide for attractions and restaurants.

I was impressed with Mariners Landing! Our accommodations were clean, nice, and matched the photos from the web site. Only issue we encountered was accessing the Netflix account in the evenings. It appreaded to be in use by others and we couldn't get on. The pools, arcade and facilities were enjoyed by both kids and adults in our group. I'd definitely book a return trip!

This condo was very spacious compared to the ones by the maon chevk-in building. It was in walking distance to the recreation center with a basketball and tennis court, outdoor and indoor pool, the gym, and outdoor bar restaurant. Only issue we had was the shower head holder in the hall bathroom was cracked and the shower curtain was very dirty with a hole in it. Some of he blankets had food spots and we found crumbs in a dining room chair when we pulled it out. Great location and the condo had everything you may need to had a great vacation.

The floor had not been vacuumed. There was breast milk left in the freezer. The electrical outlets that where in the outside wall did not work making it impossible to use the outside electrical grill. The TV in the master bedroom had a roku stick that didn’t work, making it impossible to watch tv in the bedroom. The stay was enjoyable other than those inconveniences.
