Amazing view from the restaurant. Staff were lovely. The meals and breakfast was presented great. The evening party that was held was a great experience.
The only thing I think could’ve been better were the lifts to and from rooms, as they took quite a while to open.

Staff is exceptional. Design is lovely. Some touch ups though might be needed especially in the bathroom.
Close to the road so even high up is noise is elevated. Breakfast is quite bad. Staff in the restaurant don’t care. Very different to reception staff. I wouldn’t eat in the hotel.

The breakfast was quite good, but monotonous. I liked coffee as well.
Nice location if you book a room with river view.
During the breakfast the food was running out and was brought very slowly, like you always coming and see some empty serving plates or containers. Cleaning of tables was slow, and it was difficult to find free and clean, as all free tables were always with dirty tableware. During the period of stay there was one big group of russians merging several tables and insolently acting like the whole restaraunt was for their party only, no reaction from personnel.
One day I came late from city walk and wanted to order food from restaraunt to my room, but I was refused as restaraunt was closed for private event. No announcement about it on reception desk, and the desk girl advised me to order delivery like Glovo/Bolt. It was late evening and impossible to find healthy food, only fastfood services worked.
