The location was fantastic, right next to St Stephen’s Basilica and a walkable distance from other attractions. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast being included was good.
Considering we were upgraded to a superior room, the pillows and the bed were not comfortable at all. The room’s air conditioning didn’t appear to work even though we tried it many times.
