Nicely furnished, spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. Great location with everything we needed either in the flat or in the local shops. Easy to offload and then park in the nearby St Erbyns long stay car park a few mins walk away. Carolyn was welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Everything was fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Penzance. Carolyn was very communicative and helpful and her attention to detail was superb.

Great location, clean. Comfy beds.

Toilet seat was wobbly. One towel had big tear in the middle. Noisy neighbours one night, so we went out.
