J'ai apprécié le calme de la chambre et sa propreté. La proximité d'un petit supermarché et d'un bureau de tabac/tickets autobus. proximité de la mer et d'un arrêt d autobus qui nous conduit à Catane. J'ai apprécié le personnel de cuisine, l'accueil en soirée et la qualité des diners servis.

Personnellement, je m'attendais à un lieu avec un service petit déjeuner, un service d'accueil. Le petit déjeuner avec café et un croissant à manger tout seul dans sa chambre, c'est léger et tristounet.

The room was spotless. Loved the shutters to keep the room cool during the day. It had a fridge. Katia was lovely, welcoming and polite. The restuarant staff were all lovely.

They said there was tea and coffee facilities. This meant 3 coffee bags, stirers and a coffee machine for pods but no pods, we only used it to get hot water out for our own store bought coffee. No tea. No sugar, no milk, plastic single use cups. For the coffee machine there was a tiny amount of water left in the bottle to use. No idea how long it had been there. It was clean in the room but it seems as though they didnt check the levels of shower gel, water etc. The shower gel was virtually empty and there was 4 of us staying for a week. No housekeeping unless you wanted to pay extra. Communication was poor once checked in. We had to message to get shower gel refilled, it wasn't responded to or acknowledged. We then rang, the number provided but person didn't understand English and asked for us to text him, we did, no response, then finally at dinner time they finally ackowledged it and sorted shower gel, but not handwash which we ended up having to get from local lidl.. We paid for half board but ended up basically self catering. Breakfast for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids, consisted of 1 croissant each and they were sugar glazed, not normal croissants. So we had to get our own breakfast every day. No bins for rubbish that we could see. Dinner selection was not great.. not bad food but probably more acquired to locals. The portions were massive.. we seemed to wait forever to get served, we was sat waiting 15 mins for someone to come over and we were the only diners in. Pillows were awful - They were flat and thin. We had to buy our own...sadly, despite Katia being a wonderful host, it isnt enough to make us return.
