Good location along road between Sudbury and Bury-St Edmunds, within reach of Lavenham, which is where we came to visit.
Clair and Paul were good hosts, the breakfast was good and the view from our room was calming.
The sign for the property could easily be missed as it was black and a little small. Luckily the wife spotted it after I'd gone past. Otherwise, no issues to worry about.

Good breakfast,comfy ample sized room..friendly owners.
No heating on in the evening. A hairy exit from drive straight on to a busy fast road.
The write up mentioned dinner, but when we got there we found that evening meals were not offered.
Once again booking,com did not pass on my genius discount. The price offered to me had increased when I reached the payment page on the web site.. this is the second time this month that this has happened.
