About this villa rental
An exceptional sea view property located by Porto Cervo on the Costa Smeralda with private swimming pool.
Strategically located moments from the beaches, restaurants and amenities of Porto Cervo and Liscia Di Vacca, we are delighted to present our exclusive Sardinia property that offers guests a complete luxury experience within an architecturally and art loving setting. Large well lit spaces and tasteful furnishings can be enjoyed throughout with all bedrooms, living and dinning areas being accessible from gardens and terraces.
The house is on two levels and has beautiful well maintained gardens), with a modern gazebo (ideal for yoga, massages and rest), an infinity pool with current control and fountain features and a large hot tub/spa that can be enjoyed on a starry night. Two of the bedrooms have separate entrances and private access via the gardens.
All six double bedroom have their own ensuite bathroom. Furnishings and linens have been carefully considered for optimal comfort and high tech sound systems, tv, wi fi and air conditioning is available throughout the property.
With unforgettable views over the ocean towards La Maddalena Archipelago National Park and Corsica, the pool terrace offers a generous space to relax and entertain. There is a bar area for your sunset aperitivo and a wood fired pizza oven to complete the moment.
The beautiful fully equipped kitchen has smart design features that enable sinks and cooking zones to be hidden, a professional cooks dream come true! For wine enthusiasts we provide a selection of excellent local Sardinian wines that can be accessed from the temperature controlled cave wine cellar.
Why choose our beautiful villa? Upon your arrival you will be greeted by an assistant who will advise on all aspects of the property and location. In the villa you will find a welcome hamper and an impressive wine cellar stocked with local fine wines for your enjoyment, Also unique is a daily pool cleaning service and a seven day per week housekeeping service to ensure your stay is consistently a five star experience. All electricity fees are inclusive. Should you require a private chef, chauffeur, babysitter, masseuse, yoga and private sailing or yacht charter our assistant will be able to advise and book such extras.

The villa has an amazing view. It is clean and well appointed. It is an excellent location within 10-20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Matt( host) is extremely helpful and Donetalla( housekeeper) keeps the house spotless. It was nice for our teen boys to have the 2 separate guest rooms at the bottom of the property. We rate it a 10/10.

This property was perfect for our family! In a fantastic location. Everyone had their own bedroom / bathroom. Daily housekeeper kept everything tidy. Beautiful views from the pool area.

Matt is the perfect host he is taking care of the guests , their wishes and is always reachable .
