Such a great base for our stay in Istanbul. Slightly away from the madness of the city but close enough via public transport to be 5 minutes away.
The staff were great too. We arrived at 6am after a long flight. They’d arranged an airport transfer which worked well. When we checked in Hans, the staff member, said your room is ready and breakfast is ready for you on the house! A great welcome!
Also it was great having a restaurant and bar on site. Well worth a visit. Great views too.

I really enjoyed my stay. The absolute highlight of the hotel is, without a doubt, the staff. Han, Zeynep (or Sena?), and Ezgi - the woman who was taking care the breakfast and the other that was taking care of the coffe place in the ground floor (I guess and the entire team are exceptionally kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Whenever any issue came up, it was handled with great care, sensitivity, and genuine concern for the guest. Their service makes a real difference and made the whole experience feel very special.
The hotel itself is beautiful: small, sophisticated, very well maintained, and decorated with excellent taste. It truly feels like a boutique hotel, with its own character and charm.
Breakfast is wonderful and deserves a special mention. In addition to being delicious, it is served with a spectacular view over the Golden Horn. It is an experience in itself and a perfect way to start the day in Istanbul.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel without hesitation.
The cleaning ladys were also fantastic, nice, and super efficient.
There was nothing negative worth mentioning. My experience was excellent.

The staff is amazing! The whole place gave us this this home feeling of being carried for and welcomed. I 100% recommend this place!

Very well located hotel - It was pretty easy to get to with the tram. The room was big and spacious and the staff were extremely friendly. :)
Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was not working properly and the room was extremely warm and uncomfortable. The staff tried to help however there was no alternative room available. They were able to provide a fan from the second night which helped.
