Traffic noise was not a problem unlike many other places in town. Room was adequate, bed comfortable, hot shower once I changed the setting. Breakfast was varied. Staff called for a 4 am taxi for me on departure. I was able to store luggage there while going to other areas of the country. Some staff were nice but others appeared lazy. Hotel was very close to places I needed to go in town.
I paid extra to be on the second floor and was put in room far down the hall in order to have a quieter room. But staff/guests frequently woke me up at 6 AM with talking loudly and continued to be loud so I could not go back to sleep. Guests/staff were very loud when guests arrived or left in the middle of the night. Drapes were not adequate to block the light so daylight made it difficult to sleep in also. I stayed here repeatedly as too lazy to look for another place and reviews indicated other places had problems with noise. However, I would look for a different place next time due to staff noise.
