There appeared to be no working laundry. Not a problem for us, as we were only there 3 nights, but would be if you were staying longer.
I would also caution visitors about the old man kangaroo that frequents the back yard. Was lovely for us to see him down there, but we are educated about kangaroos. People from the city or overseas could get injured if they got too close to an animal like that.

Stunning view, very comfortable, quick walk to the main street (with only a short part of it a steep hill), clean, all kitchen needs.
Just to note, theres no parking so you park on the street out the front and it might be tricky for those that are physically diverse. And its quite small (but cosy).

Great views, awesome beds
Parking might be an issue during busy periods if you have more than one car, be prepared for no washing machine.
