New build and modern. Pool was lovely and the whole house was beautifully done
Slightly further than we realised from the centre of Polis

Very well kept villa.Clean and comfortable.
Wi-Fi is very poor on the 2nd floor.
Very loud music from one of the neighbouring villas(which was dealt with by the property’s management once we informed them)

Photos are over exaggerated .. it’s not as pretty …we sadly spent only 1 night as the pool was infested with bees ( hard to see in my photos as they blended into colouring of pool liner) but we had to be to move , as there were lots dead and alive in pool but always buzzing around left side ( nest under the slab area) the beds very hard indeed , furniture new but basic no comfort , and absolutely appalled to find on a notice on the wall Air Con is extra €10/15 per day for downstairs!! It was 32 degrees .. we couldn’t use the pool and was also still supposed to pay to keep cool! Thanks to the The amazing rep Georgia unlocked it so we could use it for the night free! This is not acceptable … I have never paid extra for air conditioning anywhere in the world! It’s usually included in the price of the villa !
Villa is built so you enter the middle .. so lots of stairs to go down to lounge or up to the bedrooms so not great for anyone with mobility issues !
