Great location.
The property is ok but requires TLC and investment. The kitchen needs immediate work, you can smell the damp as soon as you walk in and it's potentially in the walls ? The cupboards are in poor condition and just aren't nice. Less of an issue but still a shame is the lack of a fire in the lounge, it really needs something, even if it's just an electric, the boarded up hole is such a shame. The bedrooms are nice and clean but even the hangers in the old wardrobes look like they are decades old. A few bits of carefull investment and updating would make all the difference.

Lovely position in a lovely village near to Rhossili beach. Spacious accommodation and large secure garden. Driveway parking for several cars . Close to excellent local pub for food.
Property was clean but beginning to look a bit dated, mainly the kitchen and bathroom.

We hebben gemengde gevoelens bij dit vakantiehuisje. De woonkamer en slaapkamers zijn prima, maar de keuken en badkamer zijn duidelijk aan renovatie toe. De ligging is wel goed als uitvalsbasis om met de auto verschillende plekken op Gower te bezoeken.
Ook de algemene netheid kon beter, vooral de koelkast die onaangenaam rook. De tuin maakte eveneens een wat verwaarloosde indruk. Voor wie met een hond reist, is de ligging minder ideaal. Het huis ligt aan de weg richting Llangennith, waar behoorlijk wat verkeer passeert, en er zijn geen bermen om veilig te wandelen. Ook zijn er in de directe omgeving weinig onverharde wandelpaden die gemakkelijk toegankelijk zijn.
