Lovely property great location very close to beach

Fabulous location, quiet cul-de-sac yet walkable to shops and restaurants. Preston beach is only a 5 minute easy walk. You can also walk in both directions to either Torquay or Paignton, Goodrington for lovely coastal walks with many restaurants etc on way. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfy. We loved the master suite upstairs, which has an amazing sea view, with a lovely window seat. The cosy lounge with log burner was great too. Having the garage to park in was really handy as parking in the street and near to the apartment can be tricky.
It was generally well stocked with things such as tea, coffee (Nespresso machine) and milk. The prosecco was really appreciated! The kitchen was great to use, all the appliances worked well. The only thing, and this is only small was that there were only 4 mugs and 4 forks, and a couple more would have been useful.

The house was lovely, the beds were very comfortable and it was close enough to town to walk.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like. I would suggest having more stuff in the kitchen, oven dishes, larger saucepans etc. If you are cooking a big family meal you are a little limited. The kitchen itself was lovely.

Great location, 3 min walk to the seafront. Very comfortable bed on the top floor. Check in was easy.
Parking was terrible in small cul de sac. Noisy neighbours. Tired decor.
