Central location in Brixham so we could just walk to most places we wanted to visit
Sadly no parking close by but didn't spoil anything as we like a walk anyway. Unloading and loading of car in to property and back out again was fine you can park just around the corner between 10pm and 10am.

Once inside the apartment was great, very spacious & well equipped. Having a few extra bits in the kitchen like salt & pepper, bin bags etc was appreciated.
Towels were big & fluffy & water lovely & hot.
Located just off the high st was very convenient. Excellent butcher, greengrocers & bakers within a moments walk.
The stairwell entrance was grim & smells.
No parking was annoying but we knew that at booking.
Quite hard to find initially but instructions were clear.
