About this apartment rental
**Spacious 5-room apartment, comfortably accommodating 8 people, 107 m²**.
Featuring 4 south-facing bedrooms, a large living room with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with a toilet, a separate toilet, and a basement garage—ideal for storing bikes and skis.
The apartment is located in Les Glovettes, 3 km from Villard de Lans, near a shopping center with a grocery store (open only during the season) and at the foot of the slopes. All bedrooms face south and offer a magnificent, unobstructed view of the mountains.
We provide: a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and small appliances (standard coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, refrigerator, oven, and microwave).
Downstairs from the apartment, you can enjoy two pétanque courts, ping-pong tables, a basketball court, a soccer field, and picnic tables. The apartment is also located at the start of several hiking trails. Direct access to and from the mountain bike and downhill trails. Corrençons Golf Course is 13 minutes away.
During the winter season, the apartment is located at the base of the slopes, with chairlifts and ski pass sales right at the bottom of the building. Shuttle buses are also available nearby to take you to the center of Villard de Lans.
You can rent linens (sheets and towels) and opt for the cleaning service.
A security deposit of 800€ will be required upon your arrival at the apartment (for guests not residing in France, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer).

€800 for 7 nights (March through December)
€1,600 for 7 nights (December through early March)
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights (if you wish to extend your stay, please make a request).
