Great house, great location, amazing host. I definitely recommend this property.

The house worked out for us because of the location and the price. Since it was the beginning of the World Cup, hotels had been jacked up to crazy prices. We were in town for a memorial service. So several of us shared the house. I couldn’t give five stars because of the maintenance issues on the outside of the house. First of all, the driveway is quite torn up and looks unwelcoming. Then, the battery needs changing in the Yale lock, and the screen didn’t light up to allow us to put in the code. When we finally got into the house, we read in the guest book that we might need to take out the batteries and put them back in, but how would we know that? When I wrote the host, Boris, he just said “I sent you the directions” and never checked back in to see if we figured it out. We didn’t do on the deck because it looked like it might collapse- it had pulled away from the house and the wood looked rotten. The umbrella was broken and rusty . I also wrote Boris about that but never heard from him. It was clean and we slept in it one night, then left early. It worked for our needs and would have been fine if we had more people.

I have rated the host and the place as 5 stars.Boris was responding quickly and very helpful person. The location is in quite area

Second time staying here and we had a nice stay both times. Very happy with the house and location. Host was very helpful and responsive.
