Private boat dock with gazebo right on the canals in Surf City, welcome to Snuffy's Place #110, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! Bring your boat and tie it up at the house for your entire stay! The home is brand new to the rental market and features a separate Mother-In-Law suite with private entrance, kitchen, and full bath that sleeps 4! Enjoy fishing, crabbing, boating, kayaking, and more right from this large, beautiful house that sits along the canals. Snuffy's Place want's to make sure your trip is complete with the entire family, including your pup! A maximum of two dogs are welcome to join and enjoy a dream vacation getaway with you. With enough room for multiple families, this house sleeps 17 with a Mother-In-Law (MIL) Suite with private entrance located on the lower level. When you first arrive, a wonderful screened-in porch greets you below where you will also find the entrance to the private MIL suite. This suite has its own kitchen with additional fridge, stove, microwave, 12-cup drip coffee maker, and dining space for 4. There is also a living room with a TV and a queen pullout sofa for extra sleeping space and full bathroom. A private bedroom with a queen-sized bed and TV are also located in the MIL suite. This is a great amenity for guests who want to find a little privacy and peace and quiet at the end of a fun family day! The main house features a large, well-equipped kitchen with seating for 3 at the bar. A separate dining area and breakfast nook are located on the primary level of the main home with seating for 10. The spacious living room has ample seating for everyone in your group, and on the cooler mornings and nights, enjoy drinking your coffee or cocktails around the gas fireplace. The master bedroom is on this primary level with a king-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom on this primary level as well. The second floor has three additional bedrooms along with a half bathroom and one more full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, twin bed, and baby crib, the second bedroom has a queen and a set of triple twin over twin over twin bunk beds (not pictured), and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. (New bedroom pictures coming soon!) Snuffy's Place has plenty of deck space with a lot of seating options to enjoy the beautiful water views off the back of the house. When you're ready to enjoy the beach, just walk down the street to the public beach access. After you get back from fishing, use the fish cleaning sink to prepare your catch for dinner and clean up in the outdoor shower, both located in the gazebo! There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. The door code to the private entrance to the MIL Suite will be provided with your check-in instructions. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. Maximum occupancy is 17. Please note there is no landline at this home. Guests assume all risks associated with using the boat dock. There is no grill provided, but grills are available to rent through various local rental companies if desired. Grilling is allowed only in the parking area, away from the house. There is a highchair available for guest use. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

The good: Amazing location and the home is comfortable for a large group, however... The bad and ugly: - Communication with the Property Management company required follow-ups, conflicted with prior direction or not sent in a timely manner. Examples: Check-in time on VRBO listing said 3pm, Landmark stated 4pm. - When we arrived, trash bins were full, smelled awful and had maggots crawling all over them. Direction on garbage pickup didn't arrive until after we checked out of the property. - Beds were not made. Instead, bundles of sheets from the linen vendor were left for guests to make beds themselves. Off-putting experience. - MIL apartment had no toilet paper, towels or fresh blankets for the pull-out sofa. The blanket we did find was stained and disgusting. The mattress of the pull-out sofa looked like a biohazard. Nasty. - The furniture on the screened porch is literally crumbling. One guest sat on it, the leg broke off (rusted through) and he went tumbling backward. - Lacking in the basics. Not enough toilet paper provided for a large group. Be prepared to bring your own or ration. No sponge to wash dishes. - Lsrge water stain on the ceiling of the master bathroom. Clearly it has been there a while since it is growing some kind of hairy mold or fungus. - No handsoap in master bathroom. Really?!? In short, bring EVERYTHING with you. Soap, paper towels, TP, beach equipment. All of it. This property would be a gem if properly maintained and managed.

Everything seems to be good other than the small things which has to be notified to the owner 1. No supply of enough toilet papers. 2. Hand washes in the bathroom are filled with water. 3. Weren’t able to find fresh hand towels to change it on a daily basis. 4. We were little scared about the splinters in outdoor wooden staircases and the outdoor gazebo and it has to be taken care of. Since one of friend badly injured 5. Ice maker wasn’t working

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent Thanksgiving at the beach with my family. We had a great time staying at Snuffy's Place. The house was perfect, lots of space. The boys loved fishing at the dock and playing football in the backyard. Very close to the beach. May be the start of a new tradition. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and very clean house! Our family enjoyed our stay at Snuffy's Place. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. Rooms were large and the MIL suite downstairs was very helpful for those with stair issues. We experienced an issue over the holiday weekend that was handled quickly. The sound views and breeze was amazing.
