We were all super impressed wirh the layout of this house for privacy.. All rooms were large and kitchen was well equiped for cooking.. We were alittle disappointed the gas grill was broken because we planned a bbq.. But location was quiet and we had a lovely visit.

Long story short, we had a huge change in plans due to a cancer diagnosis and a canceled wedding. Our friends beach trip quickly turned intp a micro wedding. Kyle's beach home was absolutely perfect. He was so gracious and communicative and extemely understanding. He even had HVAC people come and fix an air conditioning mishap within two hours of us calling! The home was clean, stocked well, with a beautiful view of the marsh. A five minute walk to the beach and restaurants and groceries were easy! The neighbors even came over with a thumb drive containing wedding footage! This was truly the perfect stay and i would return any day. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful. We had plenty of room for our kids and their spouses and our 5 grandsons! Very short walk to the beach (we got our exercise every day 😁) The one question we had while there was answered immediately by our host. We would highly recommend!
