Nestled in Dillon, this attractive condo for $80 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Enjoy a gorgeous view of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains right out of your front door! Easy access to Summit County’s favorite ski resorts, fly fishing rivers, close to great restaurants, grocery stores, I-70, and US 6 (Loveland Pass). Keystone - 5.5 miles / 9 minutes A-Basin - 10.9 miles / 17 minutes Copper - 12.5 miles / 18 minutes Breckenridge - 15.3 miles / 26 minutes Vail - 32 miles / 36 minutes The Dillon Amphitheater is a short walk down the bike path! Walk down the beach and rent a Kayak! The space All the rooms have been decorated with a modern, clean look. It is a small space (500 square feet), so we’ve worked hard to implement ‘small living’ strategies. We took particular care in creating extra sleeping space that can be enjoyed by individuals, couples, friends, and families alike! Every area has been designed to efficiently and comfortably utilize the available area. In the living room, the couch transforms into a double bed. The two standalone chairs fold out into individual twin-size beds. Sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided for both the twin-size and couch-based double beds. In addition to the functional and comfortable furniture, we include modern technology, including fast and free 400 Mbs wifi, 120+ Cable channels, and Airplay 2 equipped Flat Screen TVs in both rooms. Both TVs are “Smart” and include pre-installed applications such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and Apple TV. You can use your own credentials to view them or ‘cast’ from your iOS or Android devices. Please check out the captions on many of the photos for additional details! Guest access The unit's front door faces the open space of the Dillon lake’s shore. The unit is part of a multi-level condominium complex that was recently updated with a modern exterior. Parking is on the street side of the complex and is limited to those with a parking permit (which will be waiting for you inside upon arrival). There are a few shallow exterior steps down from the parking lot to the ground level where the unit is accessed, about a 30-second walk. A map will be provided upon reservation. There is typically adequate parking, but we highly recommend arriving before 6 p.m. on winter weekends, holidays, or when there is a lot of fresh snow, as parking becomes more in demand during these times. If you have additional cars in your party, or in the event you have arrived too late to secure a space, fee-based overnight parking is provided by the Town of Dillon a 1/2 mile away (a 15-min walk up/down a hill, that may be icy in the winter). Other things to note The following regulations are set and enforced by the Home Owners Association and are not something we can modify for our guests: No Pets – Only owners of record and the owner’s adult family members are allowed to keep a maximum of two domestic pets per unit. Renters are prohibited from having pets of any kind. Quiet time is from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

We enjoyed our stay in your cute condo. A couple things - the living room TV remote battery was "extremely low." We charged it, but maybe you should have the housekeepers charge it on a regular basis. Also, the ceiling fan could use dusting. Finally, while there were only two of us there, we don't sleep in the same bed, so I used a pillow, pillow case, and blanket from the couch storage area and slept on the couch. I hope that's okay. I guess I should have communicated that to you beforehand. Other than that everything was perfect! We especially enjoyed the location by the lake with walkability to the amphitheater. Thanks!

Great Condo and location on Lake Dillon Marina. The condo is nicely appointed and clean. It is small and would be tight with more than two people. The bed is not very comfortable. The bathroom is nicely updated.

We went up for a summer get away and get on the lake with our SUP boards. The location of this condo was perfect for this! The condo is cute and fit the 4 of us no problem for a few nights.

Great Condo! Appliances in kitchen, towels in bathroom, pillows and blankets stocked! 5/5! Gas fireplace, view of amazing Lake Dillon, and coin operated laundry room right next door are all big + in my book!!!

great property, great neighborhood. Very pleased! I did have to do a little more housekeeping work than I'm accustomed to. If i have to do all that work I'd love an extra hour to strip beds, take out trash, etc.

We had a wonderful weekend of paddle boarding and enjoying all the activities Dillon has to offer - all within walking distance. The condo itself was super clean and comfortable for a couple’s retreat. Very well decorated!

This condo is awesome! It had everything we needed. We were there for a couple nights one of them was a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. It was a great 10 minute walk. The complex was quiet and the views exceptional. Very clean and cozy. A great place to. stay for a short mountain getaway!!!
