This newly renovated home is located centrally in the heart of historic Tulsa Midtown. This beautiful 1700 square foot house encompasses the feel of Tulsa’s suburb boom town years while having all of the modern updates and comforts that a traveler comes to expect. The house is located on a corner lot of a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in which its very common to see neighbors enjoying a daily walk or jog. 2 King beds, 1 fold-out full size, 1 Queen Air bed. One thing you will notice when you walk through the house is that it just seems to go on forever. The main living room is cozy and comfortable and includes a large 65” Smart TV. There are 2 full bedrooms, each come equipped with a luscious king size bed and 50” Smart TV, and one of the bedrooms has a small ½ bath. The 2nd living room includes a sofa that flattens out to a full size bed, and a 50” Smart TV is also included in this room. We’ve included a mattress topper and full size bed sheet sets for added comfort. For extra sleeping space, we’ve included a very comfortable queen size air mattress and matching sheet sets. The laundry room includes a brand new washer & dryer with complimentary laundry soap and fabric sheets. The beautifully remodeled kitchen is stocked with all the dinner ware and utensils that you will need. We’ve included some complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar for the K-Cup Coffee maker. Feel free to enjoy a beautiful Tulsa day out on the patio area with seating for 4. Lets talk more about the location. Walk out the front door and turn left and you quickly see that you are within walking distance to the Expo. Not going to the expo? No problem. The great thing about this location is that is just mere minutes from all the best that Tulsa has to offer including Cherry Street, Brookside, Downtown Tulsa, and the award-winning Gathering Place. This property is exactly like it is pictured. It was easy to get to and very convenient for the expo center across the street. It was very clean and set up for myself and kids. Lot of communication and kept well informed from the property owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as described in the listing. VERY clean. We were really only there for sleeping/showering as we were in town for a family gathering. The water pressure was perfect and the house was quiet. Can't ask for more than that! I had one question I sent to the host through the VRBO "contact host" system that did not get answered. It was no big deal at all (if it was I would have tried again) and I think that was VRBO's issue, not his.

We were extremely pleased that the home appeared the exact way that it did in photos! It was just roomy enough for us and was very clean! Plan on booking it again next year!

Great location if you are at the fairgrounds, walkable! The house is clean and comfortable. The appliances are all newer and all the systems worked well. The owner is very responsive to questions! The neighborhood is quiet. I enjoyed my stay!

The location of the home was perfect. The home was clean and much bigger than I had imagined. Communication with the owner was easy. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this home and will likely be back one day.

There were a total of seven of us, 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was perfect! Very clean and centrally located with easy access to so many places. Comfortable beds and with 4 TVs no one had to fight for the remote. I would definitely stay here again!!

We loved our stay here! The house is even more spacious in person than it looked online. The beds were comfortable, the fire stick in the bedrooms and both living rooms was an amazing touch, so nice to have access to Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc for little kids. The house was super clean, well appointed and fun. We will definitely book here again. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to work with.

This property has been recently renovated and is absolutely adorable. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location. We especially loved the back porch area. Hosts checked in frequently and we were made to feel at home. Great stay!
