札幌駅まで徒歩で20分くらいの立地の良さ、部屋の綺麗さ、食器や調理器具が充実してるので、材料を買ってきて料理もできそうです。テレビもアマプラも観れたり、良かったです。
駐車場がないこと、テーブルが小さいものしかなかったこと。

The apartment was well furnished. Welcome pack was generous. The location is quite good and it is fairly close to the station, market and everything else.
The host could have been friendlier. I used to get all emails in Japanese as if I am expected to understand Japanese. The directions towards collecting keys could have been much better. Also, I requested for an additional 30 minutes and even that was not acceptable. The owner can download whatsapp so that it becomes easier to communicate.
