Hoyt House Luxury Bed & Breakfast

Great host, beautiful and comfortable house and room. Breakfast was very nice.

Location: The location was ideal for the downtown area. An easy walk to stores and restuarants. Service: Lindy and Katie were amazing hostesses. It felt like you were visiting family and they made you as comfortable as possible. Everything was flawlessly run from getting you orientated to the layout of the B&B (fantiastic grounds with a pool) to baking fresh cookies. When Katie heard my husband was gluten free, she baked homemade gluten free choclate chip cookies just for him. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Food: Lindy's breakfast was superb as well! They easily accomodated the gluten free request. Breakfast consisted of a baked pear with yogurt, a fresh watermelon salad, and avacado toast with poached eggs. A gormet breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed. Without a doubt, this is the place to stay when visiting Fernandino.

From the moment you arrive to the second you walk out you are welcomed. The entire B&B is 10/10 and extremely clean. The staff and owners are extremely nice. Whether you’re indoor or outdoor you will be comfortable. The breakfast is also cooked from scratch.

The only thing about the entire stay I didn’t like was the parking lot, do not drive a truck. The size of the parking lot is so small you have to wiggle to get in and out.

towels needed softener because they were a little scratchy .. I really would have loved soft plush towels and there was no shower mat to use to stand on after you got out of the shower.
