The room was very close to Old Town and a Chopin concert hall (nice surprise)
We didn't pay enough attention to the details in the add. 15 square meters is very small.

Well equipped and thoughtful place to spend couple nights in Warsaw.
Exeptional.
- gentleman at the reception, who showed me the way to the room, codes etc.
- 1.5l mineral water bottle. Small investment, that shows care.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the center of the Old Town, right next to the Fryderyk Concert Hall, and very close to the Royal Castle.
Very clean and well-maintained apartment with a balcony, fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, so we had no difficulties.
Plenty of places to eat and small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it as a great place to stay.

Location was great for the old town.
Helpful to be able to leave luggage.
Cleaning lady we met on stairs was lovely.
Largely attractively furnished.
Apartment fine for overnight but not ideal for a longer stay.
Grumpy security guard.
First bedroom has a double bed shoved against a wall, room is far too small for this size of bed.
Second bedroom is a windowless cell.
There were 5 hangers in a kitchen cupboard as both bedrooms too small for wardrobes.
A lot of noise from other guests and the concert venue in the courtyard.
