The property and the room is beautiful!

There was virtually 0 communication and hospitality. We felt totally unwelcome, while other guests were treated seemingly better (granted we don’t speak Italian). No information beyond taking our IDs and giving us the key to the room. We were locked out of the house when we got back from dinner and had to call them twice to get a code late at night. Extremely disorganized and unpleasant. The staff was there all day but ignored us as though we were intruding in their space. Really awkward, and minimal breakfast. Unfortunate because the place is beautiful! So 2 stars for the property and room.

Hotel is amazing!!! Beautiful location, breakfast, swimming pool, rooms, everything!!!
