Loved the location, great view from balcony. Even though the kitchen and main room is shared one, it was spacious and kitchen had all necessities
Thin walls, the TV did not really work in terms of AirPlay. No aircon

Beautiful view from the shared kitchen and living room- fantastic space too and everything we needed in kitchen. Great value for money and an excellent base for exploring Zablijak added bonus to be a short walk from the ski lift to access the mountains and the lovely restaurant at the bottom of the chairlift.

I thought that it is apartment, but it is guest house. so you won’t get your personal kitchen for 40€.
also no opening windows in the room. it was difficult to breathe during the night.
so I can say that it can cost 20€ for 1 night. cause there is no restaurant, shop, and personal kitchen. also breakfast not included. so for 40 euro we booked hotel with breakfast in Budva.
