Having visited Nerja for over 20 years, I knew the location of the property. Gaining access was simple and the instructions were good. I got to check in slightly earlier which was great !
The property is situated on the first floor. As my holiday centred around cycling this was invaluable as I hadn't to carry my bike very far. The apartment is modern and clean with good WiFi connection ,tv etc. The kitchen is compact and has everything one needs to cook in . The beds are comfortable and I slept well.

Tea bags,coffee ,washing machine tabs, toilet rolls. Just enough to get you started .
As I previously mentioned, I knew what to expect. An outdoor terrace would be lovely to have breakfast on etc. but it isn't an option. The apartment is lovely, with great air conditioning, that is simple to use. The kitchen is perfect. Bedroom is nice. There's an ironing board and iron,a hairdryer if needed .The apartment is ideally suited for two people. I travelled solo.
Now for the things that could be improved on.
Small stuff really .
A tea towel to dry kitchen cutlery,cups and plates etc. would be handy. I would have used a wash basin to both ,wash utensils and more importantly, to bring my washing ( cycling kit) up to the roof to hang out to dry.
The shower is modern and functions as it should. The problem lies with the waste. The waste connection cannot handle the flow of water that the shower produces ,with the result that water can flow outside the shower area onto the floor. It wouldn't take much to rectify this.
I'd a cycling event I was participating in, so I was in bed relatively early each night 11/12 pm. The street can be noisy at times (but it's rare)generally just a few people walking by, talking loudly or the odd shout out. Just to note, this passes in a matter of minutes as it's generally people on route to somewhere else.

I never write reviews, yet always read other people's before booking accommodation. I hope this review helps you with making your decision. I'll definitely stay again and would highly recommend this property.

En general el apartamento estaba genial y no necesita ser grande para ser cómodo, contaba con todo lo esencial para estar una semana o incluso más tiempo, ademas que está muy cerca de la playa y nada más salir del apartamento tienes acceso a toda clase de tiendas o restaurantes, mi estancia ha sido excelente y sin duda repetiría este lugar si vuelvo a ir.
El único inconveniente que tengo es que cuando llegamos faltaban algunos productos de limpieza que tuvimos que comprar, pero nada más a parte de eso y tampoco es como si fuera un gran problema
