About this house rental
Lovely spacious and peaceful holiday home right in the heart of Clifton Springs. Brightly lit 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with gorgeous views of the bay and moments from the beach and Clifton Springs Foreshore Reserve. Enjoy a swim or take a walk along the shore with beautiful sweeping views of the water. Only minutes from The Dell Park and Beach, Clifton Springs Golf Course, boat ramp and a short drive from the picturesque Drysdale township, convenient access to local shops and supermarkets.
The space
Our home is the perfect base to explore the Bellarine Peninsula including local wineries, the Bellarine Railway and hiking tracks. Local top attractions include the Curlews Golf Club- one of Australia's top golf courses with includes a mini golf and driving range, the award- winning Jack Rabbit winery in Bellarine and the beautiful bayside town of Portarlington where you can sample their famous locally sourced mussels. We are also a short drive to other coastal resort towns of St Leonards, Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale, Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove, and only a 20 minute drive to central Geelong.
Beautifully presented and fully equipped with everything you need including fridge, microwave, toaster, laundry machine, central heating systems to all rooms, individual air conditioning (cooling) units in dining room, controlled ceiling fans in master bedroom plus family room, and two roomy living spaces with smart TV and wifi included. Master bedroom includes king bed with modern ensuite and separate bedrooms include 1x queen bed and 2 single beds- comfortably sleeps 6 and perfect for the whole family or friends. Elevated spacious grassy backyard also equipped with outdoor seating and leisure space with a veggie patch.

The property was a perfect family getaway. Very warm and welcoming. Jay was an excellent host and very accommodating. The communication was very timely and great. We felt very much like home even our pet dog Lexi settled in quite quickly. Can’t wait to come back again with the family. Highly recommend this property. Thanks Michael

The house was absolutely lovely, light, airy and spacious. Although we didn’t have pets it would’ve been ideal with yard very secure. Jay was in contact by email and instructions very clear

The house was spacious with two separated family areas both with tv. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. It was close to the golf club house and water. An ideal location for the area. It ticked all our accommodation boxes. A wonderful place for mixed generation guests.

In a slightly different world this would be a clear 5 star review from myself. Jay is a wonderfully communicative host. The property is generally wonderful for a family or multiple sets of people: a very well supplied Kitchen, a lovely dining area, 2 separate seating areas, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, room for off street parking of 3+ cars, and all clean, fresh and consistently styled. The property is also in a great location for accessing so much of Geelong and the Bellerine peninsula. But across all three rooms (some of us being within normal weight ranges, some heavier than average) my group of four all reported severe discomfort and inability to sleep due to the mattresses. I, not any of my friends would choose to return for a repeat trip without knowing that these had been replaced, which is a deep shame, as with everything else you could not reasonably ask for more from a property in the area.
