We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 409. It was perfect for 2 people. Well stocked with kitchen supplies. The bed was comfortable. The unit was stocked with beach chairs and a cooler - very appreciated! Quick walk across the street and we were right on the beach. The property manager Julie was very responsive. We have a small issue upon arrival which was addressed immediately. My only negative is the outside of the property. The court yard could be nice but the plants are overgrown and could certainly use some TLC.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The neighbor hood was fairly quiet and a very short walk to the beach and a cross walk just around the corner, so you can push a button and stop traffic.But the walk way up stairs need repairing, my wife has bad knees and she found it difficult to walk because of the humps and sliding of the Matt’s. And the shuffle board was in some major maintenance and cleaning.

We loved this location. It's across from the beach. The condo is cute and has everything you need. There are many options for dining and shopping close by.

I had a nice stay at Julie’s place. The bed was comfortable, the community was quiet and it was sooo close to the Madeira Beach public access. It was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway! Julie was a super sweet host!

The condo was great for the two of us to visit the beach. We had an easy drive to Tampa for a concert but otherwise walked everywhere for shopping and food.

This was perfect for our get away. The beach is one block away and there are several restaurants that are withing 1-2 blocks as well. Everything easy to walk to. Quiet neighborhood. The property is well furshines with everything one would need including beach chairs and brella. The host Julie was very helpful and responded quickly to questions we had. I definitely recommend and will stay again.

The property was perfect. Julie was great about checking in with us the day we arrived. Property was quiet and we felt safe. Public beach access was approximately one block away which was very convenient.
This unit is upstairs though so it could pose a problem for some travelers.
We look forward to staying here again.

Small unit great for a couple or small family, in an absolutely perfect location. Walking distance to several restaurants and directly across from a public beach. Clean and cozy... would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the unit about 10 days. Julie was so kind and very attentive to our needs and quickly responded to anything we needed. The area outside of condo could use a face lift but, the condo itself worked out great. Perfect for 2 people. Great area and quiet. We did have neighbors who smoked and were outside our unit smoking a lot. Not the owners fault just disappointing not being able to sit out. Overall it was a great stay.

Host was great! Very responsive for answering questions we had a couple little snags and Julie immediately took care of things herself. We will stay at this property again if ever in Madeira Beach.

The owner was easy to work with, responded promptly to our questions. The apartment was fully furnished and everything we used worked well. The location is perfect!

Cute place but the outside could do with some improvement. the box of tissues ran out while I was there and there wasn't one clock to be seen. missed one in the bedroom. also, the place felt damp and the towels never dried overnight...

Unfortunately looked better online when booking versus the real thing..iron was one of the amenities and we got there and no iron..had to purchase a cheap one and left it there for property owner and have not even received a thank you from her after we left..feel like she’s totally disengaged with her property and relying on others. Kind of a disappointing stay.
