Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped with everything we needed. Tea, biscuits and sweets were a nice addition to welcome us. The location is great for all the places we visit. The Co-op up the road is handy for anything we needed shopping wise.
There’s nothing not to like about Bumblebee Lodge. Yes the hill to and from is steep but even with heart failure I managed to walk up and down it most days for the exercise.

This was self catering accommodation. Very small, quiet site. I little bit isolated but we didn't mind as it was so peaceful. Facilities inside accommodation were excellent. High standard of cleanliness
Parking- small parking space to the side of accommodation but quite narrow and there was a slope on one side which was quite dangerous. Had to be careful when getting out of the car.

Comfortable, clean, and spacious lodge. We loved seeing the birds/wildlife around the site. It was good to have tea/coffee/milk, biscuits, and sweets for a cuppa on arrival.
The bank into/out of the site is steep. (We used it as our daily exercise!) But some folk might struggle if they have reduced mobility or breathing problems.
After reading the comments, we took a small heater with us (which was needed as the weather was cold during our stay).
