Never again

The place: the moquette on the floor both in the room and in the reception is massively stained. Elsewhere the floor is chewy. The elevator are full of leftovers and trash. The room doors and the walls are scratched and poorly manteined. The furniture in the room was stai ed from long time as I was unable to clean it even with aggressive product. Bed sheets had yellow spots and towels had someone else hairs over there. The shower was clearly never cleaner as the plate was full of intimate male hairs and small black stains. I avoided entering in the common kitchen which I expect to be in the same condition of the room, if not worse, as it is a common area. The management of the place: 1. advertisement do not tells that kitchen is shared so the advertisement is misleading. 2. when I get to the reception to notify the dirtyness of the room, they told me to go parking while they look for a solution. When I came back 20 minutes after the receptionists had left without providing any solution or alternative. The guy that was there as night custody of the hotel, he just told me to call booking.com for assistance. 3. I did call booking.com and was pointless since covers and protects only properties not the customers. I have been left for 2,5 days, which is more than half of my 4 nights stay, without a reply nor a solution.

Student Accommodation open to all during July and August

The location is absolutely superb, a short walk to the city centre, Cathedral etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful, both before my arrival and during my visit. Good kitchen facilities available, but I found the tap in the kitchen sink baffling at first! 😁

Only enough shower gel/shampoo for one shower, although I was staying for four days. No housekeeping visits during my stay. A bedside light would have been useful!

The location is absolutely superb, a short walk to the city centre, Cathedral etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful, both before my arrival and during my visit. Good kitchen facilities available, but I found the tap in the kitchen sink baffling at first! 😁

The room itself was good, comfy bed, storage, good bathroom. The facilities in the building were good as well.

The kitchen/cleanliness of the common areas was disgusting. Piles of rubbish bags left in the hallways and kitchen, dirt on the floors. Dirty dishes and food on the counters. I didn't use the kitchen due to it being so dirty.
