Clean room in a large house with a spacious en suite bathroom, located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the centre of Kandy in a quiet neighbourhood. The host is friendly and talkative, providing a good breakfast. There’s access to a washing machine, which is convenient. Overall, it’s a decent option.

Im Nachhinein haben wir es bedauert, nur eine Nacht dort gewesen zu sein. Pri ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist schön, geräumig und sauber.
Zudem etwas abgelegen, sodass der Trubel der Innenstadt weit weg war. Hätten wir länger dort verbracht, hätten wir bestimmt noch längere Gespräche mit Ihm gehabt, aber auch so haben wir uns intensiv mit Ihm unterhalten.
Er hat uns einen TukTuk Fahrer vermittelt, welcher uns durch Kandy und die Sehenswürdigkeiten gefahren hat, inklusive dem Besuch zweier Tempel und der Empfehlung zum Abendessen.
Alles in Allem empfehlenswert, vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Pri was an exceptional host and made us feel at home. The location is quiet but accessible to the rest of Kandy. He was able to assist us in getting around town. The breakfasts were also amazing everyday!

I cannot recommend Jal,min highly enough; we had the perfect stay. Pri is a kind, most engaging and welcoming host and we were truly made to feel at home in his beautiful property. The accommodation is light, spacious and immaculately presented and Pri made sure we had a wonderful stay and loved our time in Kandy. It’s an oasis of calm away from the bustle of the city but only a short tuktuk ride to the centre. If you’re lucky enough to book a room at Jal’min, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much, Pri. We very much hope to visit you again
