The view! The style! The location! The facilities! Very well equipped. Very quiet. The airflow is very pleasant. Has the conditions for a perfect rest. If I visit the city again, I would definitely choose this booking for a second time.
I think the bathtub is a bit uncomfortable, especially for higher people and while taking a shower, I personally was afraid not to make the whole bathroom and the washing machine wet.
I would suggest the host to get in touch with the guests a little bit earlier so they can plan the check-in in advance.

The bathroom needs to be renovated. The bathtub is not practical at all.
