large living space and essential amenities available. Near the beach, gated parking felt safe. We had an ant problem in the kitchen which owner resolved very quickly same day. Host replied very quickly and was flexible to our late arrival and early check out.
Shops were 30 min walking distance, shower water pressure was very low. I didn't like that i had to give cash as deposit, it did not feel protected but host was very good and returned my deposit after checkout. However at the end of my holiday I had cash left that was not necessary anymore.
Toilet seat was broken and was uncomfortable to sit on.

+ sehr großzügige und gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung
+ hervorragende Lage unter Pinien, schöner Blick
+ die Betten sind sehr bequem
+ die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert
+ die Ausstattung war funktionstüchtig
+ es gibt eine eigene Auffahrt und ein automatisch schließendes Tor, Privatsphäre ist damit gegeben
+ alle Erwartungen an einen Urlaub in Südfrankreich am Mittelmeer werden erfüllt, so stellt sich der Mitteleuropäer den Sommerurlaub vor
- vor dem Objekt geht in ca. 100 m Entfernung die Küstenstraße entlang, d.h. man hat auf der Terrasse moderaten Straßenlärm, nachts bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es absolut ruhig
- es gibt relativ wenige Steckdosen in der Wohnung, sodass man sich mit Verlängerungskabeln behelfen muss
- die Ausstattung könnte ergänzt und punktuell auch erneuert werden, bspw. fehlt eine Nachttischleuchte im Schlafzimmer und der Geschirrspüler ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen
zur Information (ohne Bewertung / keine Kritikpunkte):
* es handelt sich um eine Etagenwohnung in einem Zweifamilienhaus, man bekommt von der anderen Partei aber so gut wie nichts mit.
* Klimaanlagen gibt es in allen Schlafzimmern, um auch das Wohnzimmer kühl zu bekommen, müssen die Türen offengelassen und die Klimaanlagen auf volle Leistung gestellt werden, damit wird die gesamte Wohnung erfolgreich kühl
* Wir empfehlen, den Strand auf der linken Seite auszuwählen, das ist zwar 100 Meter und 100 zusätzliche Stufen weiter entfernt, es lohnt sich jedoch, er ist sehr schön
* Den Preis empfanden wir zunächst als recht hoch, er ist im Vergleich zu den anderen Objekten in der Umgebung offenbar fair
* Die Auffahrt ist recht eng, man muss beim Rangieren aufpassen, mit etwas Übung oder Einweisung geht alles gut.

We had the upper appartment of two in this house.
The spacious appartment was very clean and the two bathrooms (i.e. one bathroom w/ bathtube and toilet, another separate shower room and a separate toilet) made it quite comfortable to stay there with six people.
There are modern air conditioners in the bedrooms (only!) and regarding household items everthing is available that one could think of.
The assistant of the owner's, the amicable B., gave us a good introduction to the facilities, the keys and helped us out with her private towels and beddings which actually were not included (sic) - thanks so much again for this!
To reach the nearest beaches (Aiguebelle and Jean Blanc), which are not as much overcrowded as the central beach of Le Lavandou, you need to pass the quite frequented highway and you need more than 250 m (I measured 375 m to Aiguebelle).
There was no real "sea view, even not in the upper appartment: you rather get a glimpse of the sea from the terrace and the main bedroom, but that was it - you rather look at the surrounding trees (which have their beauty, too).
There is no real "garden" to be used, rather a steep stairway upwards with no facility to sit down.
As frequent appartment travellers we think the price wasn't accordingly reflecting the value (i.e. too expensive concerning namely the location).
For whichever reason we did not receive messages from the owners, so until we called the afore mentioned B., we considered this offering a scam (which it fortunately was not). It'd be good if the owner used Booking's messaging service.
For the price, towels and beddings should be included or there should at least be the option to lend some (i.e. 15,- EUR/person for the stay).
