We spent 8 nights at "La Clé des Champs" during our children's autumn school holidays in Belgium - my wife, our two kids and I - and had an absolutely fantastic experience. This was our first trip to Belgium, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay!
Delphine and Benoit are exceptional hosts. They are genuinely warm, welcoming and incredibly hospitable, making you feel at home from the very first moment. Benoit also gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit.
The apartment itself is simply wonderful. It is spacious, beautifully equipped and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a huge living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and hob, a dining area, and two separate bedrooms - one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds. The apartment has its own entrance, independent of the hosts' house, providing plenty of privacy.
The breakfast deserves special mention! We chose to enjoy it in the hosts' dining room, and it was an absolute delight every morning. It was generous, varied and delicious, with something different each day. Delphine's homemade treats were particularly outstanding - you could really taste the love and care that went into preparing everything.
There is also a lovely indoor swimming pool with warm water. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to enjoy it, as we spent most of our days exploring Belgium.
"La Clé des Champs" is ideally situated to explore Belgium by car. During our 8-night stay, we managed to visit almost every major Belgian city, making it an excellent base for discovering the country.
Overall, "La Clé des Champs" exceeded our expectations: beautiful accommodation, outstanding breakfasts, a convenient location and, above all, wonderful hosts who genuinely care about their guests.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this B&B and would absolutely love to return.

La Cle des Champs is prominently located and easily found in a tranquil village setting. We stayed in the “Grenache” studio, which was spacious, immaculately decorated and maintained, with a large, soft, comfortable double bed, and was spotlessly clean. Our trip was arranged last minute, and the host, Benoit, was very responsive to messages and explained access arrangements to us as we were scheduled to arrive late. We were well looked after at breakfast; our first opportunity to meet Benoit and Delphine, who explained the background to La Cle des Champs, which has provided accommodation for many years and has recently added two new rooms. Surprisingly for this type of accommodation - especially at such competitive prices - there is a heated indoor swimming pool which guests are invited to use. There are also extensive grounds and plenty of parking both in the courtyard and immediately outside the gates. If circumstances place us in this area again, we would re-book La Cle des Champs without hesitation.
We regret that we had such a short time to enjoy our stay at La Cle des Champs. There is nothing about the property that we didn’t like.

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires dès notre arrivée. Ils ont été souriants, disponibles et nous ont donné toutes les explications nécessaires avec beaucoup de gentillesse. On s’est tout de suite sentis à l’aise et très bien accueillis. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de cet accueil, qui a rendu notre arrivée encore plus agréable ! 😊
Honnêtement, nous avons tout apprécié durant notre séjour ! 😊 Nous n’avons aucun point négatif à relever. Tout s’est très bien passé, de l’accueil à notre expérience sur place. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n’avons rien à reprocher. Nous repartons pleinement satisfaits et gardons un très bon souvenir de cette expérience !
