About this house rental

Located in the heart of Bouldin Creek just minutes from downtown, Zilker, ACL and South Congress, this quaint recently renovated cottage awaits you for your next (or first) Austin getaway. With a large fenced front yard shaded by a giant Pecan tree, you have plenty of space to stretch your legs or let your kids/dogs play. The house has every amenity you would desire for working remote or kicking back to watch a game or movie. Multiple options for your morning cup of coffee (Nespresso, drip or french press) and a full kitchen with a complete set of utensils, gas range and dishes allow you the option to stay in or walk out the door to a nearby bar or restaurant.

The location is great, house is super cute and host is wonderful. When they say dog friendly they actually mean it! The yard was perfect and they left some little conveniences that made us feel right at home. They’ve thought through all the details so your stay will be easy and comfortable! We will definitely be back!
